If the product arrives with visible damage such as cracks, scratches, missing parts, or broken components, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, providing photos or a video showing the product and its packaging.

Return conditions

• The product must be unused.
• It must include its original packaging.
• All accessories and components must be included.
• Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified.

After the quality check, you may choose:

• Exchange for another available product.
• Refund of the product value.

Shipping costs are non-refundable if the delivered product matches the order and is in proper condition.

Warranty

All products come with a 30-day warranty starting from the delivery date.
To activate the warranty, you must send clear photos or a video showing the defect, along with the original packaging.

The warranty does not cover

• Damage caused after delivery.
